Now then, funsters. Here’s the running order for the gig on Saturday – give or take the usual delays and whatnot:
MIDWICH 8.30 – 9.00pm
THE PISS SUPERSTITION 9.10 – 9.40pm
CULVER – 9.50 – 10.20pm
ASTRAL SOCIAL CLUB 10.30 – CLOSE
Doors will be at 8pm, it will cost you £4 to get in. All the music will be over by 11pm but I am told that this establishment will remain open for the purpose of drinking until 1am. Solid, eh? The address of the venue is:
Fox & Newt
9 Burley Street
I’m sure releases by all the featured artistes will be available to blag, buy or trade on a table by the door. I will doubtless be in an effusive and hyperactive mood, especially after I’ve played and the nerves have subsided, so I apologise in advance if I make no sense when you try to talk to me. Do give it a go though.
*Management define ‘spectacular’ as nervous, balding guy leaning over malfunctioning electrical equipment. No refunds.
